Wonderful service, very friendly and quick response. I had a very last minute request for some books, and sent an email via the website to request them. Within a short time I got a reply, and spoke to Chantal on the phone. She ordered the books for me, made it possible to pay via phone, and wrote me an email as soon as she got the books the next day. She even worked with the hotel to organize the books to be picked up. I cannot thank you enough!
